Recognise + Workup
LUTS in men >50: voiding (hesitancy, weak stream, terminal dribbling) + storage (frequency, urgency, nocturia). IPSS: mild 0–7, moderate 8–19, severe 20–35.
Workup: PR exam (size + nodules), urinalysis + MSU, U&E, PSA, bladder diary, flow rate + post-void residual. Refer 2WW if PSA elevated, prostate craggy, persistent macroscopic haematuria.
