Suspect — STOP-BANG
Screen with STOP-BANG: Snoring, Tiredness, Observed apnoea, BP↑, BMI >35, Age >50, Neck circumference >43 cm (M) / 41 cm (F), Gender male. Score ≥3 = ↑ risk. Other features: morning headache, witnessed pauses, choking arousals, nocturia, mood change, ED. Epworth Sleepiness Scale ≥11 = excessive daytime sleepiness.
