Diagnosis & Classification
• Major: Covers internal os
• Minor: Reaches but doesn't cover os
• Accreta: Attached to myometrium
• Increta: Invades myometrium
• Percreta: Through myometrium/serosa
• Ultrasound: Transvaginal for praevia, look for lacunae for accreta
• Mri: If posterior praevia or suspected percreta
