Who to Screen
Screen for primary aldosteronism in: hypertension + spontaneous or diuretic-induced hypokalaemia, hypertension + adrenal incidentaloma, resistant hypertension (≥3 drugs), hypertension + family history early HTN/CVA <40, hypertension + first-degree relative with PA, hypertension + sleep apnoea.
