WPW pattern: short PR <120 ms, delta wave (slurred upstroke), wide QRS >110 ms, secondary ST/T abnormalities. WPW syndrome = pattern + symptomatic arrhythmia. Risk of sudden cardiac death from pre-excited AF degenerating to VF.
